The wine buff of the year is the official wine compitition of the Worcester Feast. Entrants can enter this fantastic competition by completing the online wine quiz. The top 8 Entries will then compete on the 20th July at the Worcester Wine Company for the title of Worcester Feast Wine Buff of the Year.

Closing dates for all entrants will be July 8th.

The finalist will compete in a 'head to head' format comprising of the following:-

• Blind Tastings
• Wine Mastermind (Specific Questions on their speciality area of wine expertise/interest)
• Food and Wine paring quiz
• Spin the Wheel wine trivia game
• Call my wine Bluff

The winner will get to choose from the following prizes:

1. Cash prize of £300 that can be redeemed as a selection of fine wines from the Worcester Wine Company.
2. A case of En Primeur Clarets.
3. A wine trip for 2 with dinner and accommodation at a selected vineyard.
4. Free tuition on a WSET recognised wine qualification.

The top 8 correct winners will be picked at random. Closing date for entries is Wednesday 8 July and we will publish the answers and inform the winners' names on Monday 13th July.

The Wine Buff of the Year compitition is aimed at amateur wine enthusiasts and entrants should have no current or past professional association to the wine industry.

All entrants should be over the age of 18. Worcester Feast's decision will be final.
